You can setup unlimited number of rules for your templates. In each rule, you can select template and conditions for sending out the email, and override global settings.
Template – select the template that you want to use
Emails – select the emails for which the template should be used
Custom subject – Enter custom subject for the email. If left empty, the subject from WooCommerce – Emails will be used
Inbox preview – in some email clients it’s possible to specify text that will be displayed in the email preview. You can enter that text here.
Shipping methods – If selected, the template will be used only if the order has one of the shipping methods selected
Payment methods – If selected, the template will be used only if the order has one of the payments methods selected
Email header – Select custom email header. If left empty, the global email header will be used.
Email footer – Select custom email footer. If left empty, the global email footer will be used.
Email background color – Select custom email background color. If left empty, the global email background color will be used.
Body background color – Select custom body background color. If left empty, the global body background color will be used.
Container width – Select custom container width. If left empty, the global container width will be used.
Custom CSS – Enter custom CSS that will be added to the email head.
